I help athletes, performers, and non-athletes achieve their goals through mental training and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy.
I'm a performance psychologist and future cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. Since 2020, I've been supporting individuals who want to realize their full potential - on the pitch, on stage, at work, and in life.
I graduated with a degree in psychology (specializing in neurobiopsychology) from the University of Gdańsk, completed postgraduate studies in sports psychology (SWPS University), and completed basic course in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Starting in the fall of 2025, I will be studying at the four-year Crescentia School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy (PTTPB accredited).
I work as a lecturer at the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk and co-create projects with the Positive Sports Foundation. I have collaborated with organizations such as the Marcin Gortat School of Sports Mastery and the Gortat Academy.
I work with athletes, coaches, teams, and individuals outside of sports who seek support in coping with pressure, stress, career transitions, and life's challenges. I combine a scientific approach with practical tools and an understanding of individual client needs.

When choosing this option you will receive a program tailored to your needs, focusing on improving your mental skills or addressing a situation that currently presents a challenge for you. Usually the sessions last about 50 minutes and are held once a week, either in my office in Gdansk or online.
